i want to help people but it always hurts me in some way but i sometimes do it anyways all you have to do is ignore the pain. that's how i survive just take the punches and get up after every single one of them no matter how much it hurts you just have to push through and not give up.

Every 12.6 seconds someone dies of suicide. This is a good animation to get people to help.....Because ive almost done it and there was people there for me too. This animation was amazing. Thanks for posting it
