Wellllll, Her family has much bigger wings than Christie, so when was a child, her having small wings were a shocker to her parents. Her parents didn't believe that her wings could support her body type so they didn't bother helping her at a young age. They were ashamed to have Christie in front of her other relatives or friends. Given that the parents gave their attention and love to the brothers, Christie got more angrier at her family. and got sick of the treatment. Eventually she thought that maybe, if she should that she could fly and they don't have to feel embarrassed about her. She got her parents attention and managed to bring them to a high spot of their small town, she spread her small wings and she made a horrible mistake as she screamed for her parents. It was so unexpected that her parents didn't have time to react. then bonk, she cracked,, her body had survived the crash but like, the permanent damages got to her eye though and she has to be careful lol

but hey at least she knows how to fly don't know if that'll fix her parents relationship with her but eh
