in regards from my last two animes , it was not targeted. it was just somthing i had to bring up , it was a strappless/sleeveless crop top , i had these expirences before and it was annoying cause she was not flirting , she was being childish and insane. so yeah. im sorry to those who thought it was targeted at them. i did leave a notice saying : i just had it unbutton , in the actul wwyd her shirt is infact buttoned and has on a tie . i just draw her like this to state the fact shes a liar and will lie about what she likes and doesnt like. also! can be ship or nah , depending on that then it could or isnt button , up to you^^
