These thots act like therapy is like an epi-pen What I mean by this is they think therapy is a magical cure you can use at any time

The only therapists office that is available to me is absolute SHIT 1. My therapist is unsettling Like that ***** way too loud. Like "AMBER HOW WAS UR DAY"

2. No patient confidentiality. LIKE YOU EXPECT ME TO TELL RHIS ***** WITH A PHD THAT I WANNA KMS WHEN SHE HAS THE OPEN ABILITY TO TELL MY ***** OF A MOM?? NUH UH

3. It's generally unsettling Like the walls are pastel and there's typical 'hang in there!' posters. It feels like they're trying too hard

4. They type stuff down This could also fit into number two. Like my therapist Miss Kim thotty-ius is so creepy. She types things down and idk what she types. Like THIS SHIT GOES IN A FVI DATABASE U BETTER NOT LIE ABOUT ME MOTHER****ER

5. Just anxiety So I have this problem where I need to make everyone happy So when I'm at therapy it usually goes like this Kim: how was your week? Me: *has had three mental breakdowns* PERFECT!
