uhh unsure of whether i had one but someon whose struggled w it uhh. dont force yourself to or else the experience is going to be bad. maybe you can eat it later in the day when you feel better? get used to the thought of eating it and then try 2 eat it
eat something very very small and progressively try to increase how much you eat. stick to water and tiny tiny meals, even eating half of said meal is a start. try to eat something else in maybe about 30 minutes before getting something else small to eat. you got this :]
you wont eat because you feel nauseous, but you're nauseous bc you're not eating!!! even if it's 3 chips or something, you need to start eating small things. eating as much as you're supposed to at the beginning won't help the nausea.
thats rlly good advice, i thought the naseous was bc i was hungry so thats good conformation.
