I can tell you how to change the pfp for mine on ur (not flip anim) account (like change to the anim pac-man i made)

press gif then right click

then, save image as

and then you can save it to ur files.. then manage your google account, and press the camera by ur pfp then you can change your pfp by uploading the photo
