Ivy stood still in shock for a second, then bolted twords the alleyway.

Ivy was scared of the man, but more afraid of what he would do to the boy. Ivy: HEY!

Ivy glared at him. "I could ask the same. But more importantly, what the hell is this about?"

Ivy stepped foward. "Let him go. And don't call me princess."

"I think you should." Suddenly, the ground below Jake started to tremble and shake.

The ivy (haha) growing on the wall twisted around his arm, then pulled up fast, breaking his wrist.

luckily, the pavement had cracked enough for Lucas to land mostly on the packed dirt. As Jake ran away, Ivy apporched Lucas.

"Oh god. Oh no." Ivy looked around to make sure no one was looking, then placed her hand on Lucas' head and wispered something under her breath. Suddenly, the mark on his neck disappeared, as well as the wound on his forehead from where he had been knocked out.

Ivy laid back against the wall, very drained of energy.

Ivy opened her eyes, suddenly alert. "Hello?"

"It's ok, it's ok. Don't sit up yet."

"you uh-you got grabbed by this guy. He was trying to put you in that van."

"Are you okay?"

He sprinted at Jake, quickly reaching him and head butting his chest with speed and force on his side ((He’s a bunny boy :) and also he kage’s brother :3))

Sage hissed “shit!” He picked up Lucas and ran off,

He stopped at school, due to his uniform, he went to this school. But he had been skipping classes, he walked in and headed to the nurses office and placed him on the bed, “WHAT NOW!? DID YOU BEAT SOMEONE UP AGAIN! I SWEAR SAGE!” “WOAH! Calm down! I just need you to make sure he doesn’t have any major injuries!”

Esspen looked at him and hummed, “he’s out cold, but he will need pain pills later for headache.”

Sage glanced at him, “hello-“ Esspen shushed him.

Sage glared, “hey- lay back down!” Esspen smacked Sage in the back of the head

Sage huffed, and walked up to him, “are you hurt..?”

“....ok... get some rest....” he said before turning and walking to the door, “Where you think your going!?” Esspen hissed at Sage, “NONE OF YOUR DAMN BUSINESS” He hissed back before storming out.

Esspen glanced at him and took out the pain pills, and a cup of water. She handed him the pills and the cup. “Here, this’ll help.”

She sat next to him, and placed her hand on his head, checking his temperature

“Hm....” she got up, walking to a small cooler, grabbing a cooling pad and placing it on his head.

Esspen sat back down, “are you hungry? I have two burgers, you want one?”

“Are you sure?”

“Alright, I’ll leave it here if you change your mind.”She placed a foil protected burger on the table beside him and began eating the other one.

She sighed,

She got up, “I- hey, kid.” She shock him lightly.

“O-ok-“ she grabbed another cooling pad and replaced the first one.

She turned on the fan and lowered the room temperature,

She put a sweater on herself and sat beside him, “don’t worry, the air is slowly cooling”

She sighed, “this kid’s a hand full,” she placed her head on the table beside them.

She had been staring off into nothing, eyes blank as if she was thinking but at the same time about nothing.

She slowly turned to him, taking a few seconds to snap back to reality

Her eyes widened, she got up and and sat him up a bit to check his neck.

“Damn it..” she hissed, “imma kill that careless idiot.” Esspen seemed highly infuriated. She scrambled around, muttering angrily, she went back to him to clean the wound.

She cleaned it with rubbing alcohol and hydrogen peroxide before applying a lotion/gel like substance and wrapping his neck in a bandage.

She sighed, and plopped down on the ground, “DAMN YOU SAGE! IMMA KICK YOUR ASS FOR BEING SO CARELESS!” She hissed, Sage walked around the corner just to have a decorative rock trown at him, making him fall, “OW- what the hell!?” The rabbit boy hissed, Esspen glared at him

Sage got up and walked to him. “Why’d you put that shit around his neck?” Esspen got ready to throw another rock at him.

Esspen glared at Lucas, “don’t touch it..”

“That’s what the ointment is for.”

Esspen growled, now a menacing aura coming from her, “I said don’t scratch it.”

“That’s better,” she then converted back to her kinder self

“Oh- because this idiot brought you..” she glanced at Sage “You were being abducted and I saved you, kinda causing that wound on your neck...” he looked down a bit

“You probably don’t remember.” Sage sighed,

“Hm..”

“I see...” Sages nose crinkled, “that man reeked of something though... I don’t know of what,” his ears flattened against his head.

“I can’t put my finger on it...” he held his chin and looked down, visibly wrecking his mind to see if he recognized the scent

“Maybe, but the scent was tainted a bit...”

“Like if another scent was mixed in”
