I feel anxious, angry, sad. And overall like shit. Everything hurts. I feel upset and at friend and feel like screaming. I want to die, I want to sleep, but I can't. I can never sleep. It's always up late, hard time going to sleep. I'm worried about my dog, she's getting old and might have breathing problems. I'm scared for her. I don't want her to die. If she dies, I'll die. She's what helped me through tough times. I don't want her to go. I feel so damn stressed and upset. I just want to shut my body and thoughts down. Just shut up shut up shut up SHIT IP
