Speeding it up helps
most smooth animations have a speed of less than 100 (between 50 and 100 is where most of my smooth anims are at, but idk about the others)
and you shouldn't make one frame look like {this} and make the next frame look quite different because that wouldn't make it smooth, so you shouldn't change it up too much at once (but don't change it up too less either)
