im not the best giving advices but... i just hope everything you are feeling right now finishes in something nice, everybody has ups and downs sometimes, it is normal, but keeping all those negative ideas is never good, so if you need to set free all those thoughts just do it, you are for sure feel better (if this sounded weird sorry for my english but hope you to feel better!)
