if it was to be a spirit im not sure you would be able to hear to i see you and its usually very direct as if it was a real person said it and it wouldnt like travel through the air foot steps are normal it would be the spirit just livings its normal life without even knowing they are dead or you are there the i see you is it trying to get your attention most likely sorry i've been learning this shit since i was like 4-
