Don’t cut it’s too risky you could get infected or acidebtally cut something you’re not supposed to
I used to just take my sadness or anger out on a sketchbook when I was recovering maybe that might help
Om not gojna harrass u abt it but u shouldn't do it, u should try finding better ways to cope, trust me its not worth it
girl don't cut urself it's going to become a habit..just because u hear about others doing it bruh it dont mean u gotta start.. look up healthier coping mechanisms cutting urself is just going to make everything worse
i know but u got the idea in ur mind from somewhere at some point...if ur looking to distract urself listen to music or watch a documentary or make vent art don't start harming urself 🙏
listen to music, go outside or at least step outside for a moment. Take deep breaths, take a shower or a bath. Change into something comfortable, get a heating pad and get comfortable.
