Linkive been drawing since i was in the 5th grade, around like 7 years now LOL- (for reference, im a senior in high school now). and for drawing tips- personally id say be bold. it doesnt matter if youre just sketching, make all your lines purposeful and confident. tracing anatomy is a good start if youre interested in non-stylized stuff too. sorry if these are shit lol

Yeah me too, lol. My older cousin was like “are you watching this in Japanese?” And I said “no.” And they were like “It’s so much better in Japanese” but Unless I learn it then it’s going to be so hard to pay attention like you said. English is mine too, I’m trying to learn Spanish.
