I get to see my therapist today probably will tell her I don’t wanna be on the anti depressants anymore bc of the withdraw symptoms if I miss a day

Which sucks cus they were really helping me but the side effects suck balls it’s like something is pulling a string in my brain when I move my head and have really creepy dreams

Anti depressants won’t “change” you they literally just make you sick if your body doesn’t like them the ones I tried didn’t make me feel any different like high or whatever but I guess if you don’t have any serotonin you would just be getting the average amount w the medication it would probably be way different if someone w/o a depressive disorder took them
