D: *he growled and approached the dog attacking Dalila*

D: “taking care of this nuisance” *he lifted a paw to bat at the other dog*

D: “s-sorry” *he flattened his ears and sat down*

D: “I’ll try” *he lifted a paw and ripped the strap*

D: “you alright there?” *he leaned down to look at it*

D: “looks a bit crooked to me”

D: “you sure you’re alright?”

D: *he cocked his head* “so why are you here anyways? And why did you have a muzzle on?”

D: “huh do they taste good?”

D:”heh sorry. Is it your job to stay here?”

D: “why don’t you run away?”

D: “o-oh... is “he” the one who hurt your paw?”

D: “Aw I’m sorry to hear that. Why don’t you come with me?”

D:*he swung his tail around and laced down on the ground* “here jump on“

D: “oh! I didn’t notice you had wings! I wish I could fly.”

D: *he stood up, stretched and yawned*” so where are we gonna go?”

D:” okie!” *he started thundering off towards the mountains, trampling bikes and mailboxes*

D: “oops heh. I need to learn to control myself”

D: *he jumped up and pounded the ground with his front paws, leaving little cracks in the ground* “hahaha”

D:*he found a bush with berries and plucked it out of the ground* “berries!”

D:”you okay there?” *he bent his head down*

D: *he used his nose to try and help her up*

D: *he jumped up the side of the hill and slid into the cave*

D:*he had been sleeping half way out of the cave. He stood up and yawned* “good morning”

*a couple of minutes later* D: *he came flying over the peak of the hill and landed heavily with a thunk in front of the cave holding four rabbits, an apple tree and a cactus in his mouth*

D: “what’re you weeping about?”

Ok sleep good. I hope we can continue this tomorrow and I’ll have the new acc up))) D: “I just went to get food”

Gm)) D: “no I’m sorry, I didn’t know you wouldn’t be waking up yet.

D: *he perked his ears up and nudged a rabbit and two apples towards her*

D: no problem! There’s a lake on the mountain a bit north. I’ll be there

D: “ok I’ll let you finish your food first” *he started gnawing on the cactus*

"Ok" she ate all of her food "done"!

Yay it worked!)) D:” alright let’s go!” *he jumped back to the top of the hill*

yep!)) She flew to where he was and fallowed

D: *he sprinted for the hills, leaping over trees and deer*

"Where here!" She dived into the water

D: “yeeaah!!!” *he dove into the center of the lake*

she started to swim "hey my paw doesn't really hurt when I'm swiming!"

D: yeah, hydrotherapy. *he said popping his head out of the water*

"Whats that?"

D: water is something that really doesn’t have a weight when exposed to it there for you feel weightless. No weight on that paw, no pain.

It’s okay)) D: “yep” *he dove back down, flicking his tail in the air spraying water everywhere*

"Really?!" she swam down and bopped his nose

D: *he shook his head a bit stunned and then blew a huge air bubble out his nose*

She smiled and swam back up

D: *he followed* haha what was that?

"because" she smiled

D: “good enough for me” *he flicked his tail and splashed her with water*

"Hey!" she pushed water towards him

D: *he dipped. Back down and blew a bubble under her*

"Ahh"

D: *he popped up on the other side of her smiling*

D: “ahaha!”

D: he swam around her creating smooth wakes around her*

D: *he flattened his ears and laughed*

D: *ducked under water just enough for her to stand on his head*

D: “huh. Strange”

D: *he squinted* “what do ya see over there?”

D: “okay if you say so” *he gingerly hopped out of the lake and shook himself off*

D: *sits outside the cave* “what was that?”

D: “oh,” *he said glumly* “I know about those guys”

D: “don’t worry, I won’t let them hurt you” *he said resting his head on the floor of the cave*

D: “ok, sleep well” *he curled up in the back of the cave*

D: *he stepped out of the cave, stretched, yawned and began hunting rabbits*

D: *he tried pouncing on one but missed and face planted in the dirt*

D: *he continued to lie in the dirt* “nice catch”

D: *he got up and picked some cactus fruit from the brush nearby*

D: *he ate the fruits and stood up* “hmm”

D: “let’s explore and try and find a new place to stay. Ever since you saw the poachers I haven’t felt safe”

D: *he scanned the area and lashed his tail* “ok what way do you want to go?l

D: “okay. There’s a probability that the poachers are gonna be there but we can still go”

D: “sounds like a plan” *he started bounding towards the forest*

D: “no, you get back in the air, as high as you can. You’ll be harder to reach, I’ll stay here” *he whispered*

D: “no, go please! I’m not letting you get hurt. Get as far away from here as possible” *he frantically says*

D: “there’s no other way To do this. just trust me.” *he flicked his tail, brushing against a bush*

D: *he instantly lashed his tail, smashing them against trees and jumped high in the air*

“What are you doing go!” *he knocked out two more and started going for the others*

D: *tramples 3 and smashes a couple between his teeth*

D: *grabs the poacher by the ankles and smashes them on the ground. He broke the rope tying her wings together* “go! Please just go! I’ll find you I promise”

D: “okay just watch yourse-“ *a loud bang rang out and Den groaned in agony*

D: “ I’m okay- just- go. There’s only a few left- I can handle- them”

D: “no!” *he stumbles over and crushes the front of the truck*

D: “god damn” *he snapped the rope, picks her up and runs further into the forest*

D: “yeah?” *he headed towards a high peak of a mountain*

D: *he looked behind him and laced down* “here, we can take a break”

D: “hey, calm down- rest” *he winced and held her in his paw*

D: “what?”

D: “oh no no no.” *a bit of silvery blood dripped from his temple and onto his paw*

D: “ yeah I’m okay don’t worry about it. Just rest for now” *another drop of blood dripped onto her paw*

See u tomorrow)) D: “n-no I can’t... don’t go” *a tear rolled down his snout and fell on the ground*

D: *lays his head down and sighs*

D: “hmm?” *he looked at her*

D: *he closed his eyes*

D: “hey, a-a-are you okay?”

D: “hey, it’s just me.”

D: “do you not... remember me?”

D: “are you at least okay?”

D: “yeah. I’m okay though. I’ll live”

D: “yeah that’s the lake we swam in. Like before you lost your memory.”

D: “yes, I believe so”

D: *he stepped in the lake and shivered*

"hey look its healing!!"

"I wonder whats in this water?"

D: “fish, lake weeds, sand... it tastes okay I guess?”
