I can't stay calm depression is just really hard for me to get rid of and I never felt like this before in my lie I've always smiled but now i feel like it's time to frown and cry my mind is telling me things that I'm actually scared to do also i tried cutting my wrist at school with a plastic butter knife and it hurt but it didn't do anything umm so i hope you understand that I can't stay calm heh
