Communism is said to be a form of socialism which is said to be a form of marcsism but I can’t tell the difference between the 3 so I will just refer to them all as communism

Communism was first created by 2 people Fredrick engals and Karl Marx when they published the communist manefesto in 1848

The writings of Eangels would go on to inspire Benito Mussolini to create a new ideology we will cover later on known as facism

The communist manefesto would inspire many people to revaluationize but none more important than Vladimir Lenin who would be exiled from Russia to Switzerland for his ideals though in 1917 a desperate Germany willing to do anything to win ww1 would send Lenin back to Russia in secret to create the bolsvick party who would overthrow the Russian empire and create the Soviet union

In 1924 Lenin died of a stroke which led to the rise of the most infamous communist leader to ever exsist Joseph Stalin

Stalin would lead the first communist nation through its darkest times. Stalin purged millions of people who he thought wherein 100% loyal to him and then go to face off against the Germans in ww2

Surprisingly after a deadly blow at the battle of Stalingrad the soviets pushed the nazis all the way back to Berlin ending ww2 and the Nazi regeime

After the war the Soviet Union would turn the entirety of Eastern Europe into communist puppet states and some Asian countries like China North Korea north Vietnam and many others across the world

The world was now split in two between communism and democracy leading to a war that still effects countries to this day a war that didn’t happen between super powers but a war between proxy states to determine there allegiance the Cold War

This war would last for nearly 50 years without Americans or Soviet’s ever Officially going to war the soviets had many victory’s like Vietnam and the tie between the koreas but would ultimately fall apart after ineffective leadership lead to the destruction of the Berlin Wall in 1991

The Soviet Union where the flag ship country of communism so when they lost an unofficial victory was declared to democracy

Even though the soviets have fallen many countries today still hold on dearly to there idols and even a global super power of today is communist it is unclear what the future of the idiology will be but if history is to be believed communism isn’t going anywhere any time soon
