This is my Teen Titans OC, Luna. She is one third human, one third angel, and one third cat. She has powers to control clouds and turn them into any substance and turn the moonlight and sunight into power she could use.
Ever since she was a child, although she was half angel, she wanted to have a peek at 'bad'. Her mother wouldn't allow that while her father went missing before she was born. She met Raven (haha don't mind me) while performing a task for her mother, Evangelina, in Azarath. They realized they wanted a little bit of each other (Good and bad) and secretly became friends for that reason. After Raven went to Earth, Luna was left in the heavens doing nothing but performing tasks for her mother. Soon, Trigon and Evangelina were in a one-on-one face-off in front of Luna. The two blasted each other and in resulted in something so nuclear it could change one's DNA in seconds. Luna was too close and her power couldn't stop it. Her DNA quickly changed into one third

cat. She was blasted with a force really strong and she was badly injured. She fell from the heavens onto the Titan Tower rooftop but luckily, Robin and Raven were up there to catch her. Raven explained to Robin who she was, and the two took her to the med room so she could recover. Trouble in the city started after she was fully recovered, and then the Titans went and fought. Luna stayed until she sensed all the Titans were knocked down with her cat senses so she went to them and used her powers, or her powers back then (Only to turn moonlight, sunlight and starlight into power) to save them. Robin was impressed and asked if she could join the Teen Titans. Luna accepted the offer, and her and the Titans went on together.
Later, she would acquire the power to control the clouds and the weather.
