I'm glad that question didn't offend you ^^ One big issue I am seeing is anatomy. Her legs are too high up. They go up to where her belly button should be (the middle of her stomach) and the legs hand no real shape to them. I would suggest breaking everything into shapes and looking at people to see where things should start and end on a body. Additionally, it looks kindof awkward when the eye just cuts off. I would suggest adding eyelashes to that eye aswell ^^ There are a lot of white dots which can be fixed with the yellow tool and the color you are using OR copy- pasting the image onto itself which thickens lines but removes the white dots ^^

Also that orange tool with the weird tip can be used to change lineart color ^^ (befor e you color.)
