grabbing the steering wheel could hurt others, I wouldn't suggest it as a way to hurt yourself. I also wouldn't suggest. hurting yourself. Because things get better. There are so many things I thought would never get better, and while some of them haven't yet, a lot of them have (the ones that haven't yet, they haven't had time to stop being painful) but believe me. no matter how hard you insist it will never ever get better. it will. Survivors of people who jumped off the Golden Gate Bridge to kill themselves have said that 3/4 of the way down, they realized they could fix their problems and it wasn't worth it to die. Just try thinking about ways to make it okay, or maybe the future where everything is okay.
