Dragokin are Legendary Pokemon, and, like Cosmog, evolve at a certain level. The three Pokemon it can evolve into are Dravortex, a Water-Dragon type, Pyrogonire, a Fire-Dragon type, or Natugeaf, a Grass-Dragon Pokemon. Whatever Element Dragokin has when leveling up to 72 (the level it evolves at), that's the Elemental Dragon it will become.
