Yep.
I can't drink it too often because it gives me some pretty bad muscle spasms sometimes. (I sometimes can't get up, I have to pause because my arm or leg locks up, I feel it under my skin, and it doesn't help that I also have scoliosis (Very minorly) so my neck is hurt too.) So I can't drink a cup a day but I'm pretty close.
