LinkIve started doing little sessions of meditation the past few days. Ive only just started recently but I feelike Im more calm because of it

LinkI got the app head space cause I kept getting ads for it and its seemed like a cool idea. its been nice so far

LinkIm only doing the free starter stuff, cause I dont have money, and you can listen to them over and over apparently. Ive done 5 sessions and idk if its actually helping or if its just a placebo, but it feels like its working, at least a little

Linkand I have it set to gove me notifications throughout the day, and at one point it said that sometimes cleaning a certain spot of clutter can help clear the mind, and for once I actualy decided to tidy up some of my room. it felt nice to have a bit more space. today feels nice.
its been said that a messy room can lead to a messy life and lifestyle due to the stress in your subconscious mind that is saying that theres work to be done that you have yet to complete
so cleaning is a really good way to keep yourself level headed and calmer
Ive always had trouble cleaning up spaces of my own. since its my own its not necessary, as far as my brain says. and when I think about cleaning I get overwhelmed cause I never know where to start. cleaning is stressful to me, lots of textures can set me off and there are many places for bugs to hide. once I actually do clean though I always feel really nice afterwards
