Thank chu, I’m just casual having a panic attack in my room😅

I’m gonna sound stupid, but when I was younger, about 10, I’d have these thoughts I would die in my sleep, and I had to have my mum check on me every 10 minutes because of how paranoid I was, and if I didn’t I would have a panic attack and literally break down. I got over it and my anxiety decreased a little, but some reason my thought process is going like that again
