i love every detail and part exept for how baggy the hoodie/whatever looks

hoodie makes me think that the arm isn't there

change the outline colors perhaps? it's good, but maybe use a thinner color on outlines that contact with other parts, not just black

The drawing it self is really good and the flowers stand out really nicely but it's just the size of pencil you used to draw the flowers kinda makes it look bad,,

Change the outline colour, like maybe a dark grey? Maybe red or something. And use a thinner tool to draw the white flowers in the back. But it still looks great :3

Its really good but (I have really sensitive eyes) the flower colors make my eyes irritated. Other than that keep up the good work!

Alright, its really cute but im not a fan of the neon flowers, also that one arm is a big too big. Also try using a thin tool for the flowers. I like it tho :,)
