If ur wondering wot happened to Lion (yellow wolf), and wot Cloud (grey wolf) did to her, cloud sent lion to the Sky Realm. Lion accidently lost control of her powers and sent Cloud's brother to another Realm. So Cloud put Lion in the Sky Realm where she couldn't hurt anyone anymore, and Lion would return to the Sald Realm (where they are in the setting) once she would learn to control her powers.

And in the beggining when Cloud says "You didn't need to do this", he ment that before he sent Lion to the Sky Realm that she didn't need to try and help Cloud's brother teleport.
