I'm happy to announce that you can now test new, updated version of beta editor.
Core of its drawing functionality was completely rewritten and redesigned so it should be more stable and a bit faster than previous beta editor.
There's also some other improvements, like:
* no more smoothed lines when drawing,
* loading/saving project from/to file - it's still beta, so try to save your project often. It's also compatible with .flp files from old editor!,
* keyboard shortcuts,
* improved undo and added REDO button - now it's works with all tools, even with eraser and transform tools,
There's also other smaller fixes and improvements, so check out new editor by yourself: go to main page and click beta editor link, or navigate to flipanim.com/beta
Also old beta editor will be deleted on end of this week 19.05.2019. So if you still got any unfinished animation you can still navigate to flipanim.com/betaold and save it.

LinkJust a question, are you planning to make that other editor which is the main one right now as a backup, I really like that one and when the new one is implemented, I wanna keep the other main editor as a backup for me?

I just have to say this. Thank you for working as hard as you do to make people here happy. You are amazing and keep up the fabulous work! 😊
Improvements do still need to be made everyone but keep in mind that FA is trying their best to make us happy and it takes a long time to put together things like websites and games so please just give your support and dont complain unless it's just giving some advice or constructive criticism.

i noticed a bug with the erasing tool. once you upload the drawing, any erasing you did in the picture shows up as a black smudge. please fix this

I've just fixed it. Just reload page with beta editor and hopefully everything should works fine now.
Ack Flipanim, as much as you're trying to improve FA, I still think there's a lot to fix I mean the interface for mobile users isn't really all that great, and people like me who only use mobile, its gonna be really difficult to actually use the new editor. Kek

Oh ack! Uh I think the whole color thing is a tad bit confusing in the new editor since its really different from the old one, like the old one was quite simple and easy to understand, but the newer one is like "Woah!" Whole new thing, and its kinda difficult to understand what the heck you're doing since it's just completely different. Also another thing that kind of bothers me on a weird level, is the zoom. I like the whole idea of having the little move around thing so it's kinda of not in the way, but its also kinda weird and frustrating to use especially if you're trying to move around quickly, and constantly clicking back and forth between zoom in and zoom out is also kind of another thing that bothers me. Another thing on zoom is how we aren't given the option to go at a certain zoom "percentage". Overall I think those things are the only things that really bug me when it comes to the new editor. Eck thanks for asking :D
Ack i need to explain the color one a bit more. In the old version, on mobile, the whole saturation, opacity, and what color you want, eg. Blue or Red, I really find that whole system to be super easy and super efficient. The new editor is a lot more different, you got the whole opacity thing at the bottom, which is a super cool feature! But I kind of don't like the way you choose the "base" color per say. Like there's not really an exact way to get a specific color because you can't really see what you've chosen.
Flipanim can you please PLEASE add my favorite brush on the beta V2???? It the blue brush, I will quit this site if I don't see it :(

And @Everyone, if y'all miss the pen tool (which he will probs add soon), then just draw with it in the old editor, and save and transfer the file into the new new one.

@Flipanim please change the magnification tool to be like the one in the old editor, the new magnification tool is so hard to use with the beta, when I say like the old editor I mean to s point. I love everything about the old editors magnify&move tool.

FlipAnim....please have more diversity. Some people have tons of features and some don’t deserve it. Other people have great art and work hard on it and no features. It’s like u have favorite people on this website and kind of ignore other people.
flipanim...i just made a project and posted and when i got back on the new beta V2. All the animation boxes (idk wut thier called.) from the anim were still there (not the anim itself tho) i just deleted them. while i understand its beta and everything, i would like u to fix it plz, if it can't be fixed i completley understand.
Flipanim, I have a glitch. On the beta editor, when I try and put my colour as the colour I want, it only shows black. Then when I complete the anim and post it, it shows my colour.
But, now when I try and choose a different colour it comes up with black, then I save it and its light blue again.
I don't know what's happening I'd appreciate it a lot if you could fix this.
