5: use chew and spit method if you have to eat with family (be discreet)
6: tilt your head upwards when you're purging. Stick two fingers down the hole you breathe from and you get the rest

10: don't eat after 7 pm and not before 7 am the next day. This will be like a 12 hour fast, so if you do this everyday for a year, it'll be like you're fasting for half the year

13: do other things to distract you from eating- cleaning, drawing, anything
14: eating is only for survival.
15: you don't necessarily need lunch. I skipped it for a year and I lost the desire to eat lunch in general. To this day I don't eat lunch, so it works
