Alright, so this human guy is named Charlie. He makes special stickers that can give other people powers and sells them on the black market.
The stickers attach to a person’s skin and veins and pumps the magic Charlie uses to make them into the user. This would give the user the power that comes with the sticker. Charlie makes multiple kinds of stickers. Charlie himself is known to use multiple stickers on himself, which is why he always wears long sleeves and pants.
However, the stickers have quite a few cons. For one thing, a user would get addicted to it. Charlie seems to be addicted to them, for example. He gets jittery and aggressive without them. Once the stickers are pulled off, they leave a bruise.
Another con is that not all of Charlie’s stickers are good for a person. Meaning, some are purposely made to harm people. You could tell which ones would hurt someone because of their outline. Warm colored outlines would harm the user. Cool colors won’t. For example, a warm colored lighting sticker would electrocute the user. A lightning sticker with a cool cooler outline may have lightning powers.
His crime is that he sells the stickers on the black market. His main reason to be a child is so police, unsatisfied customers, etc don’t attack him. His reasoning is that their conscious won’t let them punch a child with “such a cute face.”
