If he uses it to much he starts to bleed from the nose and mouth and will pass out
Had a normal childhood
Allows him to bend any fire to his will, also can make blue flames that are so hot they can melt metal in a few seconds

Personality: Bubble is a bubbly chald. She loves practically everything, is reallly loud and hyper as well. She's also pretty pure. She only gets mad when someone steals her food. Or when villains come and things like that. Then she gets serious.
Likes: Everything. But she really LOVES to draw and spray-paint. The stars and the sky makes her daydream as well. She loves tat stuff
Dislikes: Villains, stuff like that
Cons: She can get really annoying at times, and is not the stealthiest person ever. Also, when she uses her quick, the heros around her must not breath or atleast wear a slight mask
