Glarian? and with the shiny charm The change odds of getting a shiny is 0.073% more likely. using masuda method it's 1 in 682.7 with the shiny charm and masuda it's 1 in 512. And if you keep knnocking out the non shiny of that pokemon in a row it increases the shiny rate (Idk the exact numbers) in every game except sword and shield because the codes broken at the time of this comment, but the more you kill of that poekmon's species the more of it will spawn.

I have not found a shiny in sword and shield yet O-O
