Linkonline, use layers, try changing the opacity. dont be afraid to experiment with brushes.
traditional, get a sketchbook, try charcoal and artist pencils, alcohol markers if possible
both: practise
looks at refrences and maybe ask your friends that's what I do
(also nevr do a commission on a anima your not good at drawing)
my friend asked me to draw a wolf for her class project and was gonna pay me and I don't draw them often full body so I almost died drawing it for her (this is irl)
dont be afraid to draw stuff your not good at drawing at. you will get better over time :)
if you dont draw things your not good at drawing at, you wont get better!
