*shrugs* Dunno... practice on paper for a long time... like a long long time... it took me about 5 years of sketching to get this good... But I do have one tip for you! Find the worst aspect of your drawing, eg: ears, tails, eyes, shading, etc... and focus on it 'till it is, in your opinion, perfect. Then find the next worse thing and continue the cycle. After a long time of this, you should have improved a lot! Hope that helps... :P
