i have no ****ing way to describe how like thoughts are, they are like a convo in your mind or you saying/ hear/ smelling something intangibly or like silent but you can hear it but like not and i aaa, then i get like hooked on shit like this for an hour or so untill i get distracted

its like you can feel it in a way, like when i type, as im doing now (oh dear god irskjedfn) i think the words as i type, basically saying them but like in my head without a sound and its like, SKMA DNLEFN EJFNWKS im probably just like being stupid but still its like ****ing nuts
