I love the shading and colours and just your style over all but sometimes the anatomy is off
I mean sometimes mine is too but ANATOMY IS HARD
I like you art but I don't see you trying a lot. I really want to see more art like this so you could approve and work on the background to give off something (idk a vibe I guess). Anatomy is off and don't try to make the shoulders broad(???) or probably stiff can't find the right word for it. I have to page 4 to see your art style so maybe try to make something good again(???)
I suggest making the shoulders a little relaxed, probably practice on face emotions you know sad, happy, mad, etc. If you are shading there are many ways but using paint rollers use a shade of grey, highlighters you start dark to light (probably a little darker than fur/skin tone). Practice on backgrounds with a scene and something like that or fit their personality.
