Thanos is functionally retarded, and I'll tell you for why.
His idea is to delete half of the planet's population to open up resources. Problem is, we already have the resources to feed everyoneon the planet, it's just that we donut yet have a viable way to distribute everything.
Also, with the earth's population that isn't human, that will just **** up the current ecosystem, and also give US lessresources, making the whole ordeal pointless.
And, less people to spread resources, or cultivate them.
It's just a shit idea.

LinkGoing further, into his actual plan, how does he divide it in half?
By gender? Is it half men gone, half women gone? Is it random? At what stage does one becom.eI a human? Fetus, birth? Do comatose patients count? People already on the verge of death?
Does he target the ill+ or disabled?
Everyone treats Thanos like a genius, but he's just a twelve year old @that just realised that morally wrong actions can be justified for the greater good, then spent a week learning about communism on reddit.

LinkI saw it just and here are answers I guess.... he dosnt choose who dies, it’s random, and the thing about his plan was that he said his planet was dying because of over population, he wanted to kill half the people, but the leaders pushed his idea away (like a decent non retarded person) but later his whole planet died and turned Into a dessert because of all the people. I’m not saying that it’s a dumb idea, because it god damb is, but it’s somewhat understandable why he would do that and it didn’t have no thought put into it
