Not entirely sure. Start with no longer referencing things, copying idea/ocs, etc.
Next I'd suggest cutting ties with those who you've affected, leave them alone entirely, if they comment on your post ignore it.
You could make a new account, but you don't have to. If you do, DO NOT pretend that it isn't you, because that will cause problems.
But I don't really know.
