Oof, So it depends on what fallout but im guessing FO4 so Obviously the most obvious choice is Power Armor, but you should have different kids of armor for the different situations you're in For example, lets say you're in the glowing sea Well then if you don't have power armor you'd want leather armor since(if I can remember correctly) it is very resistant against energy and radiation damage So it depends on the situation but all in all Power Armor B)
