How I found my spirit animal

Ok so, as some of you may know I’m a bit more spiritual than most, but not in a weird way. But meditations and stuff do work for me.
So I found this specific meditation on YouTube, a very short one compared to most, and I can’t believe it but it worked. What I remember was that my spirit animal is a spotted hyena. I can’t remember exactly what we talked about, but we had a small talk. And I hugged my spirit animal before I left the meditation. Usually I didn’t like doing these meditations, they seemed weird and didn’t usually work, so I was amazed to find that this one did work.

I listened to a guided meditation, they’re usually easier than the ones with music. You have to practise a lot to get good at meditating
Usually you can’t trust tests because of limited answers. The only way to actually know is to meet your spirit animal and be sure.
I know it probably sounds hard to believe but often it’s easier if you’ve been more spiritual for a while.
Well what I did was research spirit animals first. How to find them, what they do, what they are, and I was instantly interested in trying to find mine myself. It probably works differently for different people, but anyone can become spiritual somehow.
You usually can’t trust quizzes. There are billions of animals out there, and a quiz only has 10 or so results.
Meditating is kinda like dreaming in a way, except you’re still awake. It’s like a lucid dream without the sleep paralysis when you wake up
Aaaaaa. I used to think mine was an Airedale terrier, but that was just a dog I saw in the meditation. I love spirit animals. Something about having another part of yourself invisibly beside you is really great.
wheres the vid of you finding yours out? i kinda took a quiz about it on a website based around spirit animals and stuff ( it did say no quizzes can tell what you are anyway )
I followed a link to find it, but it’s probably harder to find when you just search it. Just search “find spirit animal meditation” and click one that’s grey with 2 wolves on it and a person and it’s about 15 minutes long
I'm spiritual in a different kind of way. But I don't believe in this, I think it's pretty neat though to have a spirit animal. I might try this because any thing I try on YouTube I get different answers
