Puzzle: *walking quickly across the field in the direction of the bridge*
Vague: *glancing back at Poppy*
Vague and Puzzle: *materialise to the train crash, both coughing from the black smoke and jumping out of the way for silhouettes to pass*
Vague: I wouldn't be surprised... Where's Mystery?
Puzzle: *coughs* The-there. *nods to a slightly smaller silhouette helping the shadows of several young children* Lets have a look at the crash.
Vague: *follows Puzzle nearer to the accident*
Vague: Don't we all. *nods to Puzzle before carefully inching his way in through the shattered window Poppy had been looking in, flickering his eye every now and then as he got further inside*
Puzzle: *crawling in after him, whilst hesitantly looking back at Poppy* You don't have to come you don't want to... *pauses then quickly follows after his brother, disappearing into the smoke*
Vague: Don't we all. *nods to Puzzle before carefully inching his way in through the shattered window Poppy had been looking in, flickering his eye every now and then as he got further inside*
Puzzle: *crawling in after him, whilst hesitantly looking back at Poppy* You don't have to come you don't want to... *pauses then quickly follows after his brother, disappearing into the smoke*
Poppy: *stifles a small sigh and then slinks in after them, her tail tip disappearing into the window* Hmm... *she lifted her head, thinly avoiding the cracked window pane and looked around, her eyes glimmering with uncertainty yet there were speckles of intrigue and somewhat excitement*
Vague: *pawing a broken piece of metal peeling off the walls, leaping back just as it fell to the ground* *swallows* Well then.
Puzzle: *flickering his eye* There are claw marks by the looks of it-- though I could be wrong, my eye needs to adjust. *coughs*
Vague: *several meters ahead of the Puzzle and Poppy* Hey, Puzzle, come look at this! *nodding to the wall the sheet of metal had just fallen off of* There are symbols here. And guess what? They're the same ones we've been seeing.
Puzzle: *turns to Poppy worriedly*
Vague: The train has the same colour scheme as the bridge, gold, white, bronze...
Puzzle: But something from an alternate world came here *nods around* and destroyed the train--
Vague: But they haven't harmed anyone. I looked around when we arrived and everyone was just shaken up, no injuries, or at least nothing serious.
Puzzle: A threat maybe?
Vague: *keeps his distance from the rest as he scans the train* Possibly.
Puzzle: *sighs and sits a few feet away from Poppy, looking around* It's hard to tell, the fabric of the seats turns to dust at one touch. Whoever did this was mad that's for sure.
Vague: *staring at several holes in the ceiling* Looks like bullet holes, except they're too neat, too perfect.
Puzzle: True. And dad only got the message a few minutes ago, and we spent about two or three minutes getting across the Midnight Bridge... *mumbling the rest, then finally speaking clearer* If I'm correct then someone wouldn't have had roughly a minute to do all of... *sucks in a sharp breath* This...
Vague: *blinking sadly*
Puzzle: *clears throat* So. We know they weren't alone, they're powerful and had a big reason to do all of this and *motioning to the symbols scribbled on the wall* They're from an alternate world probably linked with the dark forest.
Vague: *mumbles* Helps... A bit...
*Outside the train*
Mystery through the smoke: *glances over his shoulder at the two as they crawl out of the train wreckage* *shouts:* What were you two doing in there!?
Puzzle: *shouting back over the now louder ringing sound* We were looking around and found symbols scrawled onto the walls! *winces* What's that ringing sound!?
Mystery: *eye flickering* I'm uncertain... We'll have to get Secret-- Where's Vague?
Puzzle: In the train. He's fine.
Mystery: He'd better be. *sighs in worry before making his way over to the pair*
