mage manner infact, is not a manner, its called that because a witch used to have a manner there where she'd host parties, but eventually died of old age, and her manner was turned into a shopping district for mages of all ages, genders, ranks, and occupations! there is only stuff for mages though (unless you count the candy store part) :/
