its happening again. i cant help myself so i help others, if i cant help them i become depressed, im a failure, itsdfjkghslfjdnskhf ignore this, im just over reacting it makes me feel good when i make people feel better. i help myself by helping others with their own depression, im not an expert but ive gone through some shit, enough shit to understand the pain and suffering of the ones i try to help.
