Adults and certain people on FA need to understand that just because you’re 11 dosesnt mean that you’re complete braindead idiot. Just because you’re a “kid” dosnt mean you can’t think. It doesn't mean that you don’t know the basics of right and wrong. Being a kid is a lazy ecscuse for pity and a cover-up. I’m 12 and I know that telling somebody to kill themself is bad. CHILDREN HAVE COMMON SENSE. BEING A CHILD DOSE NOT MEAN THAT YOU ARE INCAPABLE OF USING BRAIN CELLS.

Y E P. But they pull the “kid” card out on other kids and expect it to work? Some people involved in drama with them are even younger than that person, yet they still say “well I’m a kid so I can’t be smart!”

Yes.
Because kids need punishment to learn.
Perhaps not as severe, but they don’t get off free.
(Especially if they say that “oh I’m just a kid” which clearly means they know better and are trying to con us)
I believe in certain punishments. It can be too severe in cases, when one lets anger take control, but yes. I prefer grounding, removing privileges, time out over spanking, but if they don’t learn then yes, sometimes they need physical consequences. After all, real life isn’t going to be forgiving, so they need to be prepared.
