So every single time an LGBTQ+ character is added to a movie or show, homophobes are like “Omg why does every show need gay?” “Why r u pandering to the gays” “Ugh the gays are taking over” Well what about the other 50000 hetero characters in the show. Basically every show and movie ever has hetero, but you don’t say “Why does every show need straights” “Why are you pandering to the straights” “The straights are taking over.” So why is it so bad when LGBTQ+ people are finally getting representation
