i feel like you should keep characters the same race but make new media with more races if they want to add in different races in the media
like think with your goddamn brains dont just be racist but make different media plus more media would mean more profit anyways so they get to give awareness to racism and other races and more money goddamn
In all anime media all the characters are pale and that hasn’t changed in ages it would be hard to publicate a new anime already

yeah but large things like disney and shit are the ones black washing more for live action movies but they could just make nnew media
yeha like the original will have an animated white person (like the little mermaid) but they change her race in the live action version

Theres been so many instances where white leads have been chosen roles for poc in films n y’all AINT open y’all mouths once abt it not to mention you can’t control how a person looks in live action unless you want to transform them completely those are real people

most people forget that almost all anime characters are not white (they're Asian) and blackwash them for black representation reasons but they're also erasing Asian representation. if you get what i'm saying. honestly, just make new characters.
