Yeah I get it every time I go to upload anything. It was put in to stop spammers (and that's also the reason why it pops up when you comment too much).
Sooooooo many times AND made a big chunk of my animation I had worked SO hard on dissapear
I've only had it happen once to me, and luckily on a long practice animation. It's not that much of a problem to me, because I don't do animation very often but that can be extremely annoying to other people.
