Linkin my mind, all sea creature ocs that live in the ocean are very much able to interact w my fish freaks !! to me they are all just people living on the same planet . although my specifc 'world' has rules to how my personal fish freaks are designed, thats not the same for everyone whos ever made a sea creature oc .. point is, if u ever want ur sea creature oc to form any connection at all with literally any of my fish freaks !! feel free to have them interact !!

Linkin fact i highly encourage it ! they all need more friends anyways
if it helps i recommend finding a way to basically meld a humanoid and the rocket together in a more seamless way, the first character i think of that does this is this gal !
