Linkso like i was just in the mh like.. two months ago. and it didn’t effect anything really when i came out EXCEPT now i have an ed. and the weird part is is that i will only eat one singular meal a day and it almost always has to be fish/chicken and the side HAS to be rice/pasta

Linki eat a fair enough amount but now i pay attention to calories, carbs etc more often i drink KOMBUCHA and very rarely sparkling water over soda??like im rlly thinking about this. and im very over hydrated since id rather down twenty bottles of water a day rather than just eat but i think ive gotten better in the past few weeks before i would get full off of just a pack of crackers

Linkwhats also super weird is that im very, very strict on how much i weigh. anything under 120 is fine but 120-125 i automatically go insane which i need to really fix that before going into the military, nd i cant change my mind abt that bc my mom’s alrdy going through medical recs or whatever 😞
