Design:
6/10
wings are too small to be functional- and the neon blue could be desaturated a bit and moved slightly more towards a purple for a design that flows better. other than that, it's pretty average imo
Animation:
7/10
man you are awesome at tweening- however, to me there's too much going on. the background changing; the character moving pretty fast- I had to watch it a few times to understand what I was looking at. it might also be a good idea to do a technique called slow in and slow out. basically it means an object moves slowly at first- then speeds its movement- then slows down a hare at the end to let the viewer process the movements
6/10
The character is sort of average, using most of the default colors and not yet having a recognizable trait about them. To fix that, you could give her a set accessory or add a couple of colors to her palette.
as a drawing, you seem to have a good grasp on arm and leg anatomy. something to improve upon could be the head anatomy, and shading
8/10
I like the way the clothing also tells something about the character's personality- and not just their expression. Though, the jacket on the character on the left I feel would look better as another color, or darkened/desaturated slightly. I may also recommend adding more contrast to them all using different values. something that can help you see if your values are in check is grayscaling the image in another program- or grayscaling the palette
Yea man, sure thing!
For the art:

colors and shading colors work super well and definitely go with the mood of the piece! this is moreso personal preference, but I think the linework could have some variation in width or remain consistent in the width. the teeth look a bit jarring because you have the big stark lines for the outer mouth but the skinny lines for them. Also, the clouds being outlined doesn't really flow well with the background- while it does add clarity it makes them feel a bit off putting as the rest of the background isn't outlined. A way to maybe pull off outlining the clouds would to use a lighter gray close to the color of the clouds.
For the Animation:
7/10
the animation itself isn't bad, but everything's a bit fast paced. I've never heard the song so if the song is rather fast paced like that then it'd be alright when put with the music. I also notice that there isn't any use of apprehension- the character moves into the action super abruptly.
Emil:
7/10
Emil is simple, but Iconic. I've always felt like the purple jacket was a bit off-putting though, as there isn't any other purple in the design other than their tongue. I think the design flows much better when you gave her the nb colored jacket- because the yellow on her cheeks ties in to that as well
yea man hoo boy they're complex
Subject-0011:
8/10
colors work pretty well surprisingly- but yeah way too complex. The face looses some clarity because of this
The uncolored dude:
7/10
I can appreciate the originality here, but the wing anatomy makes no sense at all. not much else I can say until they're colored
Art:
7/10
The ear placement for the one in the back doesn't really make any sense- and the hind leg looks super short- it wouldn't make sense when they stood. shading could be a bit more defined- especially in the face- and you need to think of where your light source is.
Fursona/Liko:
8/10
like I said with someone previous, I can appreciate the originality here. they're simple, but iconic.
