when im having a manic episode if i say something to you that is mean please try to not take it personally as i sm in not in the right mindset. Do not joke with me during episodes either as it will make everything worse. Im not sure how to help stop the episodes but just some info. Also i have terrible trust issues and i am a people pleaser so i will mostly do things others want to do and i am not very open to many people. Also i try to be friendly and if i say something rude or bad please let me know and i will apologize, i dont like upsetting people
